Make every agent safe to ship
Continuous assurance for AI agents in production: evals on every change, guardrails and permissions at runtime, human-in-the-loop gates and full tracing of every agent action.
What is Agent Assurance?
Agent Assurance is continuous quality engineering for AI agents once they do real work: proving before release, and keeping proving in production, that an agent does its job safely. It combines evals that measure task success on every change, guardrails that limit what the agent may do, human approval at the gates that matter, and tracing that records every action. It builds on Innocito's AI Quality Engineering practice and is delivered with InnoTest, InnoHawk and InnoGateway from the Innoverse Suite.
Four ways we prove an agent
The same discipline we have applied to software for two decades, applied to systems that act on their own.
Evals for agents
We define what done looks like for each task the agent performs, build the eval suite and run it on every change. Pass rates, regressions and cost per task are tracked like any other quality metric.
Guardrails and permissions
We scope what the agent may read, call, spend and change, isolate tenants and data, and gate sensitive actions. Then we attack the result: prompt injection, unsafe tool use and MCP poisoning.
Human-in-the-loop design
We place people where they matter: approving releases, correcting outputs, taking over a step. Each approval is recorded with the evidence the reviewer saw.
Observability and tracing
Every agent action, model call, test result and security finding lands in one trace, with cost attributed to workspace, project, key and model.
The bar we hold agents to
The same release standard our AI Quality Engineering practice engineers to, checked continuously once the agent is live.
On end-to-end workflows, measured on every change.
On the agent’s evaluation datasets.
Re-tested by InnoHawk on every pull request.
Under projected peak load, metered by InnoGateway.
Plan, code, tests, findings, release: each approval recorded.
Every action, call, test, finding and approval in one place.
What challenges does Agent Assurance solve?
Why agents stall at risk review, and what gets them through.
Risk and compliance will not sign off
Today: An agent arrives with no evals, no trace and no record of who approved what.
With Innocito: Evals, an evidence log and recorded human approvals give reviewers what they need to say yes.
Nobody can say how well the agent performs
Today: Spot checks and anecdotes instead of a pass rate.
With Innocito: An eval suite on every change, scored on 12 quality and safety metrics, tracked like any other quality metric.
The agent can be talked into doing the wrong thing
Today: Prompt injection, unsafe tool use and poisoned MCP servers go untested.
With Innocito: InnoHawk attacks the agent before anyone else does, and guardrails limit the blast radius.
Cost and behaviour are invisible in production
Today: Model spend and agent actions are spread across teams with no single view.
With Innocito: InnoGateway meters every call and attributes cost to workspace, project, key and model.
The business value
Outcomes our clients measure once assurance is built into the agent lifecycle. Cost ranges are consistent with UC Berkeley routing research; quality and QA ranges come from Innocito engagements.
Shift-left validation and quality gates on every change.
InnoTest plans, writes and runs the regression suite.
Scored by InnoGateway on live traffic.
OWASP, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, MASVS, CIS.
Routing on measured quality, caching and dedup before the meter.
Every action, call, test, finding and approval in one place.
Who this is for
Teams in financial services, insurance and healthcare who need an agent to pass risk review, not just a demo. Platform teams running several agents who want one place to see what they did and what they cost. Anyone who has shipped an agent and been surprised by it.
Only proven findings ship. InnoHawk cross-links every capability into confirmed kill-chains and gives one risk score.
Assess an agentyou already run
A two-week assessment: we build the first evals, trace a week of traffic and report what would fail a risk review.
